Career exploration is important at any age and for all students. Free resources from Texas OnCourse and their partners at Roadtrip Nation, the Texas Workforce Commission, and others can help your students dream big and know how to get there. These resources explore the real-life career journeys of Texas professionals and college students, exposing your high schoolers to careers in STEM, the arts, health care, business, and more. Students get to appreciate that career paths aren’t always linear, and that everyone faces their own hurdles. During this interactive session, we’ll explore and discuss ideas for implementing these resources into your classroom or advising practice.
